古墓丽影两大国外网站交恶

tombraiderforums.com称tro-online.com没有经过允许就擅自在其网站张贴了该论坛网友制作的图片（http://www.tombraiderchronicles.com/tr7/unitedcolours.html ），是剽窃行为，要求tro-online.com立即将这些图片删除，并在tombraiderforums.com发贴称tro-online.com的站长Luc是"剽窃者"。Luc答复说网络空间是自由的，这些图片并不是专属于tombraiderchronicles.com，因此是可以自由转载的，没有非经许可不得转载一说。除非图片的作者声明不允许转载。

目前tro-online.com已将引起争议的图片撤下。

哇......Luc好象真有点剽窃的嫌疑呢！

rainbow，他贴这些图片的时候是注明来源的，也没有盗链trc的资源。问题在于trc根本就不让转载。他们希望luc只是给出图片链接。

从网络规则来讲，非商业用途的转载是可以不经过作者同意的，作者声明保留的除外。trc没有声明这些图片不许转载，从这一点上讲tro-online的做法没有什么不妥。

只是trc在提出抗议以后tro-online还坚持不撤下图片就有点不妥了。可能是trc的口气太强硬，又自作主张在影响很大的论坛上称Luc为剽窃者，又（威胁）向tro-online的空间供应商抱怨（你注意一下，trc称"一直没有"收到Luc的解释，但是这个帖子直到Luc做出回复都是5月3号的发贴。TRC其实没有给对方回答的时间，Luc不可能24小时在线），引起了tro-online的反感。另外，图片并不是trc制作的，作者是世界各地的网友，trc宣称对它们享有绝对所有权也许会让tro-online不那么服气。

奇怪的是其他很多网站都在转贴这些图片，trc却没有动作。

OK. I\'ve just received an email from LUC who has claimed that these images ARE NOT exclusive to our web site, and that if they are to be removed from TRO-ONLINE the author\'s must request that personally.

It is evident that if the authors ask me to remove them, I would do it.

I cannot regrettably participate in this discussion in your forums because you got deleted my account some time ago during a similar discussion about our exclusive levels what returns to the same that these images.

两个网站都太有名，现在葡萄牙/西班牙/等其他语种的论坛上也有讨论。
不过我猜他们想不到中文论坛上也会有这个消息，嘿嘿......
